	1 Junior Taekwondo Class 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm April 1, 2024 Regular Juniors Classes Regular juniors classes are from 6 to 12 years of age. The juniors classes are geared in a similar fashion to the adult classes with an accent on self-control and mutual respect for instructors and fellow classmates. There are games that are played from time to time to help boost confidence and a spirit of teamwork. Although some individual attention is given, the atmosphere is more group oriented. More Adult Taekwondo Class 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm April 1, 2024 Regular Adult Classes These classes are a mixture of cardio, traditional martial arts and partner exercises. Although some sport Taekwondo is involved in our curriculum, the school is more focused on strong traditional technique, self-defense, and the proper execution of forms and basics. Some of the time in class is also spent in learning aspects of Korean language and rules of conduct known as the Taekwondo tenets. The aim is to build strength, self-confidence, and flexibility while getting in shape and learning.
