The juniors classes are geared in a similar fashion to the adult classes with an accent on self-control and mutual respect for instructors and fellow classmates. There are games that are played from time to time to help boost confidence and a spirit of teamwork. Although some individual attention is given, the atmosphere is more group oriented.
